Brad DiGirolamo – Lead Carpenter. Brad began working construction in high school and never stopped. He has built new homes for years and started his own company in 2001. The down turn in new construction brought him to RARE in 2007 and he has taken to remodeling like a duck to water! Brad lives in Independence in a house full of girls - his wife and three daughters. He loves sports – watching, playing, etc. but his current all consuming hobby is building his own new home – a true “Labor of Love”.

David Reading – Lead Carpenter. David was raised in the business – his Dad’s new construction company. David began his own remodeling company some fifteen years ago and also came to RARE early in 2007. David plays guitar and loves to cook.(Is that why he builds such great kitchens?) He and his significant other share a house in Grandview with their five cats!

Joe Durham – Lead Carpenter Joe has also been working in remodeling since his high school days. Although Joe attended college on a sports scholarship, he preferred the construction life to college life and stayed in remodeling, joining RARE last year. He lives with his wife in Independence and is a big sports enthusiast – watching sports, playing sports and attending away games – especially KU basketball!

Jeremy Johnson – Carpenter Apprentice. Jeremy started out in concrete work in high school, moved to commercial framing and drywall work and then graduated to full time framing and trim. He joined Rare last year and has been learning all aspects of remodeling. Jeremy lives with his wife, 2 year old daughter and “almost here” second daughter in Tonganoxie, Kansas. In his spare time, Jeremy loves to bait a hook for almost any kind of fish!
