BRAD DIGIROLAMO – Lead Carpenter. Brad began working construction in high school and never stopped. He has built new homes for years and started his own company in 2001. The down turn in new construction brought him to RARE in 2007 and he has taken to remodeling like a duck to water! Brad lives in Independence in a house full of girls - his wife and three daughters. He loves sports – watching, playing, etc. but his current all consuming hobby is building his own new home – a true “Labor of Love”.

JOE DURHAM – Lead Carpenter. Joe has also been working in remodeling since his high school days. Although Joe attended college on a sports scholarship, he preferred the construction life to college life and stayed in remodeling, joining RARE in 2007. He lives with his wife in Independence and is a big sports enthusiast – watching sports, playing sports and attending away games – especially KU basketball!

DAVID HERRON – Apprentice Carpenter. David is the newest addition to the RARE team.  We were looking for a person who wanted to make construction their ultimate career, and David was looking for a place to improve and expand his skill set. David has been engaged to his fiancé Skye for a year – no date has been set. He plays bass guitar in a local band and he and Skye love to play with their two Labrador mix pups.
